I want to testify. There was a time when both of my parents were sick and we didn't have the money to pay their medical bills. So one night while they were both away to the doctor, I was at home alone, so I turned up my worship music in the house, and walked through and through just praising God, thanking him for his word of healing, his peace and his faithfulness.
I remember bowing down on the floor washed away in tears, just grateful for his grace.... The phone rang and it was mom, I was so caught up that I forgot to ask how they were both doing, I said 'mommy there's a song you need to hear, hurry home.'
It was an African worship song that I found online that says, 'Holy Spirit I love you.' I have been listening ever since.
You see in my worship I forgot to focus on the situation we were in and was so caught up in My Savior, my Healer and Provider, the situation became like nothing.
I was at the right place, at the right time, and doing the right thing before the throne of God. Worshiping!
His sweet presence filled the house and when my parents got home we all slept like babies that night.
It's a few years later and I am even more grateful for Gods love and kindness towards us. When a situation arise I go down on my knees in worship.
Ezekiel 10:4
Then the glory of the Lord rose up from above the cherubim and went over to the entrance of the Temple. The Temple was filled with this cloud of glory, and the courtyard glowed brightly with the glory of the Lord.
